SUMMARY
As the Manager of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic partner to Marketing & Customer Experience business leaders within the Andersen Division, and provide professional HR advice, guidance, and support to relevant internal business groups with the objective of adding value across current and future business to enable business outcomes.
This leader must enjoy a multi-faceted, fast paced business while also having the ability to know when to slow themselves and others down to think both strategically and critically to move swiftly.
The role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources – Andersen Division.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to work some days on site and other days from other locations. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and implementation of talent strategies for the Marketing & Customer Experience organizations for the Andersen Division.
- Defines and implements people strategies and solutions that support overall business strategy and cross-functional strategic initiatives such as delivering workforce planning, succession plans, change management, and talent reviews within the business.
- Collaborates with COEs and HR Services to implement HR solutions that meet the needs of the business; Supports and guides leaders in applying HR solutions to business goals, keeping pace with market leading practices.
- Actively consults & provides forward-thinking solutions to workforce, talent, & organizational matters based on business needs and data-driven insights.
- Ensures alignment between enterprise-wide HR initiatives and business requirements.
- Builds and navigates partnerships with senior leaders that enable real, constructive and challenging (when appropriate) conversations.
- Drives culture through advocating organizational values and holding leaders accountable for the right behaviors.
- Represents the voice of the business; offering insights into the end-to-end employee experience.
- Ensures that human resource practices are consistent with the enterprise’s human resource philosophy and strategies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of experience leading others.
- 3+ years of experience building and sustaining relationships across all levels of the organization from front line employees to officers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or similar discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to provide strategic counsel and innovative problem solving to leadership. Can share “what is” and “what’s possible”.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (e.g., verbal, written, through PowerPoint) with the ability to have courageous conversations that change outcomes of performance or behaviors.
- Ability to seamlessly move from strategy to execution.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
