W.J. Beitler Co. is looking to hire personnel for a new operation opening early 2025 in Groveport, OH. We will be looking to fill all roles including receiving, order picking, and inventory control. You will be tasked with achieving productivity targets and ensuring the safe operation of equipment, including reach trucks. Compensation:
· Up to $24 per hour starting, commensurate to your experience
** An additional $1 per hour will be granted after probation period if not taking benefits
Shifts:
** 8 or more hours depending on daily workload
-1st Shift – Receiving & Order Selection Monday – Friday, 5am start
-2nd Shift – Order Picking & Trailer Loading Sunday – Thursday, 2pm start
-3rd Shift - Inventory Control & Janitorial Sunday – Thursday, 11pm Start

- Full case picking and building pallets for outbound shipments
- This is a hands-on role that necessitates the repetitive movement and lifting of boxes weighing between 20 to 45 pounds

Job Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED is required
- A minimum of 1 year of warehousing and reach truck operation
- No positive drug or alcohol tests
- Any criminal record will disqualify the candidate
$5,000 Signing Bonus Structure:
- $1,000 after 30 days
-$1,000 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 1 year
