Join our new Professional Services team and be the hero who guides our customers through the ultimate Onboarding Journey of our cutting-edge software product. You’ll team up with customers and our consultants to set goals, get platforms up and running, provide top-tier product training, and manage change. This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office) in any of the following locations - Dedham, MA; Frisco, TX; Lincolnshire, IL; and Kennesaw, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manages several simultaneous projects of moderate to significant scope leading the project team to execute against timeline and budget metrics. Facilitates creation of a clear project scope statement and builds a supporting plan which effectively factors in resource availability, task durations and dependencies, budgets and costs includes risk mitigation plans.
- Checks progress regularly against the plan and adjusts optimize execution. Documents progress against the project plan throughout the project and provides status reports to project team and customer. Status reports are expected to be concise summaries, tailored to the audience. Personally knowledgeable on most aspects of the program, down to a reasonable level of detail.
- Has the ability to see cross-functional impacts of decisions and project plans and execution. Balances scope, schedule and budget considerations to adjust the project with minimal impact to the business
- Independently engages additional resources as needed to address obstacles or delays. Adjusts the plan per management guidelines as delays or obstacles are experienced
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of PMI PMBOK and basic Project Management techniques and approaches including familiarity with vocabulary and can determine the level of Project Management process to apply in most projects. Fairly adept at using project management tools in applications including scheduling and staffing plans. Some knowledge of advanced Project Management techniques
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of demonstrated client facing and project management experience in a software company
- B2B software experience in retail or healthcare
- Ability to commit to the hybrid work arrangement of 3 days per week in office in one for the following locations - Dedham, MA; Frisco, TX; Lincolnshire, IL; and Kennesaw, GA
Preferred Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced communication and facilitation skills. Formal training preferred
- Intermediate to advanced presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to mid to senior level cross functional audiences
- Demonstrated working knowledge of advanced concepts with project management
- Intermediate to advanced skills in delegation and follow up
- Demonstrated working knowledge/experience of technical business unit assigned to (Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Experience using Jira, Miro, MS Office Suite
- PMP Certification

Salary: USD 82500.00 - USD 123700.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
