The Credit Karma Legal Department is looking for an Associate Program Manager, Commercial to join our Commercial Legal team. As Program Manager, you will work with a tech-forward Commercial Legal team. You willI partner with stakeholders, including legal counsel, procurement and security, to drive contracting efficiency and team productivity through process improvement and tech implementations. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent technical, interpersonal and project management skills who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Be the point of contact for all things legal tech in the Commercial Legal team.
- Partner with our Commercial Legal team and other stakeholders to identify areas of process improvement and make recommendations on tech tools and systems.
- Build and launch improvements in our contracting process using Ironclad, Evisort, Salesforce & Jira.
- Create meaningful reporting and analytics for the Commercial Legal team, including contract term tracking and workload management.
- Review, assess, and draft user manuals, training resources and professional development initiatives for our Commercial Legal team, including training and advising the team on the application and efficient use of technology.
- Develop a comprehensive legal tech strategy for the Commercial Legal team that will drive high quality workspaces across the entire team.
- Provide periodic updates on the latest developments in legal technology and research and ensure legal processes are at par with best practices in the industry

- 2+ years of experience working with or supporting legal teams from a technical and operational standpoint.
- Experience with contract management software (e.g., Ironclad, Evisort) and experience assisting with or managing/tracking technology implementations.
- Experience with contract lifecycles and the ability to proactively identify potential issues
- Experience or strong interest in Legal Tech, including AI, machine learning, and predictive coding, with a passion for sharing knowledge and promoting innovative solutions within a team
- Understanding of project management fundamentals and experience in coordinating projects across departments.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, and Technology teams to drive process improvements and technology adoption.
- Understanding of, or experience creating reporting and analytics, developing training resources, and proactively identifying and addressing needs with a strategic mindset for legal teams
- Experience as an Ironclad, Evisort, Salesforce and/or Jira Admin
