Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying qualified prospects through networking, cold calling, and creative lead generation.
- Work with Business Development (BD) and management to generate additional leads.
- Collaborate with existing clientele to upsell FEI’s Testing & Inspection services and maintain customer retention through exceptional service.
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Manage an assigned territory with an existing client base, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation.
- Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers, emphasizing FEI’s value proposition.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of FEI’s services and pricing to ensure accurate contract estimates and profitability.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline using Salesforce.com and forecast all sales activities.
- Participate in structured training programs, including Salesforce training, DRD training, and field experience with Service Coordinators and technicians.
- Represent the company in a positive, professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of B2B outside life safety sales experience, with a preference for candidates with service contract sales experience.
- Elevator service sales experience will be considered.
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience.
