Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Support the recruitment and training of new team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with the management team on shift management to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
- Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain payroll records and assist with scheduling to optimize labor costs while meeting business needs.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating team members and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Requirements
- Previous experience of 1+ years in wireless retail sales management is a must
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Experience with inventory management practices is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
