We are looking for a Business Program Manager for our team to support financial operations across CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) organization. This Business Program Manager will be responsible for engaging with internal and external customers and vendors supporting the facilitation of contractual engagements.

- As you develop an understanding of the business across multiple areas, you’ll anticipate business problems. You’ll also use appropriate data to address business needs, identifying and taking steps to solve data issues and gaps.
- You will determine appropriate analytical tools and techniques, then execute analyses and make actionable recommendations. You’ll also critically evaluate assumptions about data and analysis methods, and provide feedback on analytical tools.
- You will develop presentations using dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and more to tell stories of analyses. As you do so, you’ll ensure presentations provide information accurately, clearly, and appropriately.
- You will determine the factors and/or data types to include in evaluations, accounting for risks. You’ll analyze and report results, and identify relevant recommendations and/or connections to other work.
- By working across teams, you’ll deepen expertise in data sources, methodologies, tools, and processes. You’ll then recommend efficiency improvements to core analytical and reporting work, and evaluate the viability of automated reporting and analysis methods.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
