What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Facility Management certification preferred.
- Required- Knowledge of cGMP, applicable global regulatory manufacturing guidance, and the process/cleaning validation in drug substance pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Required- Laboratory and/or manufacturing experience in biological testing and/or manufacturing is required. A strong working knowledge of vaccine production methods, experimental design, and experience in GLP or GMP is required. Strong knowledge of USDA and EU regulatory systems.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
