You will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 2002 International BLVD, Augusta, GA 30906. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! Responsibilities:
- Arrive at FedEx terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages
- Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections
- Operate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competently
- Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourself
- Effectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations accurately
- Scanning and logging packages
Requirements:
- Drivers must be 21 years of age or older
- Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Drivers must be willing to submit to a background check
- Drivers must be able to physically manage packages up to 150 lbs
- Drivers must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Drivers must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER)

Delivery Driver
Duties:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer or delivery van to transport goods to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely delivery
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Note: Experience with courier services, warehouse operations, and using pallet jacks is a plus.
