Description:The Flight Test Quality Delivery and Sustainment Representative will support the F-16, F-22, and F-35 Flight Test Programs. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with technical data while managing various quality and sustainment processes for the aircraft programs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing Aircraft Ground Damage Investigations
- Leading Root Cause Analysis and developing Corrective Action Plans
- Conducting Corrective Action Request Validations and Investigations
- Collaborating with various functions and departments to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
- Reviewing and creating Flight Test Processes and Procedures
- Completing Process Surveillances, Audits, and preparing for External Inspections
- Conducting process and product evaluations, assessments, and validating key process capabilities
- Assisting with Configuration Management of assigned Aircraft
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
- Possess a current Secret Clearance or higher, or the ability to obtain an interim Secret Clearance to start.
- Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for the development of quality standards, methods, work instructions, and procedures for the inspection and testing of manufactured products.
- Knowledge and experience in evaluating risk when establishing new processes, automated controls, and improvements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Desired Skills:- Previous experience in Quality Control/Assurance.
- Green Belt, Black Belt, ASQ CQE, or CMQQE training/certification.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and DCMA 8210 standards.
- Proven experience in quality science, including statistical analysis, statistical process control, sampling, Six Sigma, process auditing or validation, and supplier quality management.
- Ability to design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment.
- Ability to interpret performance specifications and other systems integration technical data.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate at all organizational levels to identify and drive root cause corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of audit techniques.
- Effective presentation skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
