The WorkAs a Facilities Maintenance Leader, you will report directly to the Site Facilities Maintenance Manager and play a key role in ensuring that all facility services meet the needs of our internal site customers.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team that is responsible for maintaining and operating the facility's infrastructure, including real property, production-related equipment, and industrial systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of approximately 16 hourly, non-exempt, and represented skilled trades.
Taking ownership of Maintenance and Reliability programs, ensuring the effective implementation of maintenance strategies and driving a culture of accountability and results.
Managing and implementing a culture of ownership and accountability within the team, ensuring all goals and objectives are met.
Utilizing technical expertise in areas such as central utility plants, HVAC, electrical systems, hydraulics, steam, and exhaust systems.
Providing excellent customer service and interpreting customer needs to ensure facility operations run smoothly.
The candidate will be required to possess key leadership qualities to lead change within a department and drive employee engagement to deliver results and take ownership and accountability of the Maintenance and Reliability programs.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government security clearance at the Secret level.

You have:
A technical degree or 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities operations or maintenance.
Strong familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as Infor EAM, Maximo, or SAP.
Advanced technical knowledge of industrial systems, including HVAC, steam, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
The ability to drive employee engagement, deliver results, and take ownership of programs.

• Experience with Infor EAM, Maximo, SAP or a similar Computerized Maintenance Management System with experience working to utilize data analysis to drive reliability in facilities maintenance programs.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Facilities and/or Manufacturing equipment with a background in areas similar to central utility plant, HVAC, steam, controls, electrical, high pressure systems, hydraulics,
and exhaust systems.
• Demonstrated experience with establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with all levels of personnel including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government security clearance at the Secret level.
Desired Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or 5+ years previous work experience with direct leadership in an operations or maintenance environment.
• Experience managing a Represented Workforce.
• Working experience in a predictive/condition-based maintenance environment (with techniques such as data trend analysis, vibration analysis, motor current analysis, oil analysis, lubrication and hydraulic testing, laser alignment, nondestructive testing, infrared
thermography, ultrasound technology, acoustic reliability technology, Weibull analysis, and Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies).
• Process and detailed oriented individual
• Ability to interpret technical information and determine operational effects.
• Universal Refrigeration License.
• Effective oral and written skills including the ability to prepare and present training, project information, and facility status.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,300 - $145,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
