Description:What You Will Be DoingThis position supports the management of US Government Depot Component repairs at the Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC). Lockheed Martin is responsible for establishing the infrastructure to manage, maintain, and provide technical support for depot level component repair, upgrade, and overhaul activities, while also supporting the USG in achieving USC Title 10 compliance. The Depot Logistics and Technical Support Specialist will serve as the primary interface between the ALC, LM, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), providing technical support, coordinating logistics, and resolving issues that impact the ALC's repair capabilities. The role will require frequent interaction with ALC personnel, LM Item Managers, and OEM / Industry Representatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with occasional travel to support ALC activities. To achieve this objective the candidate will:
-Liaison between government and industry resources as the onsite F-22 Component Repair Operations (CRO) Representative
-Provide onsite depot component repair operations integration support and assist with resolving constraints impacting repair throughput
-Evaluate depot level component repair processes and communicate areas for efficiency gains
-Evaluate supplier Technical Manual Work Instructions (TMWI) to ensure necessary requirements (material, tooling, etc.) are identified
-Aid in monitor Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) to help achieve desired targets
-Interface with ALC supervisors, Retail Item Managers, Planners, and Schedulers to resolve issues and coordinate interactions between PSI team and depot
-Coordinate with ALC Finance and LM Item Manager to monitor and coordinate 3400 funding
-Support OEM / Industry with workload tasking, status updates, and other administrative tasks
-Provide technical support and expertise to ALC partnered workload
-Coordinate the receipt and shipment of OEM test equipment/hardware and store test program sets (TPS) and software for backup purpose
-Support ALC management in resolving production concerns and represent LM at meetings
-Assist DP Project Leads with site preparation, process validation, repair instruction validation, and support equipment installation/validation efforts as required
-Interface with F-22 Program Office

Basic Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, engineering, management, or equivalent experience/combined education) with a related bachelor's degree
-Experience working with Military Partners/Customers in a depot level maintenance environment
-Proficient with MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain special access program clearances. Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:-Familiarity with USG Depot maintenance repair and logistics processes
-Experience working with Industry, field service reps (FSR), and other stakeholders in a depot environment
-Knowledge of 3400 funding, 206s, DTARs (Depot Technical Assistance Request)/ 202s (Request for Engineering Assistance), and other relevant logistical processes
-Experience with project management and maintenance planning
-Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively
-Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
-Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
