This is a contingent position based upon contract award
KBR is seeking a Task Order Manager for a Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) Front Office organization who is responsible for overall technical delivery and managing the contract to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely and complete manner.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing a methodology for assessing priorities and resources when resolving conflicting projects and resources
Task Order Manager delivers monthly status reports and financial statements on the health and efficacy of the programmatic baseline.
Responsible for supporting additional technical deliveries, subject to the individual capabilities of the candidate (e.g. systems engineering).
Experience as a task order manager should be considered.
Experience is defined as duties performed while holding a program management position, or time spent managing cost, schedule and performance of a contract delivering Engineering or Analysis Services.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, to include computer science, engineering; or, a business field, like Finance or Economics
Desired Requirements
Master's degree in a technical, computer science, engineering, or business field
Certified Program Manager (e.g., Program Management Profession or equivalent).
10 years' experience as a Program Manager of a program worth at least $50M
10 years' of relevant experience*
8 years' of recent (within the last decade) IC experience
Clearance: TS/SCI w poly required
