Job Summary:
Leidos currently has an immediate opening for a Training Specialist to work in San Antonio, Texas supporting the 16th Air Force, Lackland AFB, TX. The candidate will provide training support to AFCYBER in fulfilling its Service Cyber Component roles and responsibilities. Candidates must already possess a current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Training Specialist candidate will be part of a team overseeing training development of all courses under AFCYBER’s purview. As the Training Solution Developer (TSD), the candidate will assist the team to ensure compliance with USCYBERCOM’s validation process and facilitate integration of training pipelines into Joint Cyber Command and Control-Readiness system, used to track all USCYBERCOM work role qualifications. The candidate will serve as an active participant in USCYBERCOM-led Joint Training Lead synchronization meetings and facilitate training decisions by providing content driven data analysis. The candidate will team with the Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO) on training requirements for cryptologic cyber work roles and assist in refining captured requirements to ensure adherence to work-role specific tasks and knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs). The Training Specialist candidate will liaise with Peer Service and Wing POCs to assist in reviewing training documentation. Examples include Service Cyber Component Joint Qualification Records and USCYBERCOM instructions detailing both Defensive and Offensive Cyber Operation work role tasks and KSAs. The training team will be expected to work closely with USCYBERCOM to develop, review, and validate Joint training requirements for work roles performing Combatant Command missions. Examples include review of USCYBERCOM guidance and instructions, and coordination of Service SME attendance at Cyber Standards Analysis Team working groups.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 4 + years of related experience OR Associate's degree and 6+ years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Must hold a current TOP SECRET SCI security clearance
Experience with data analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Be familiar with USCYBERCOM Guidance

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
