The primary purpose of the sourcing process analyst role is to execute and support projects and processes, as well as other activities within ESS function. The individual is expected to work in conjunction with enterprise strategic sourcing category leaders & teams and with other leaders. This position is focused on providing reports, onboarding suppliers, and supporting continuous process improvements as required. An incumbent may be asked to perform responsibilities across the data analysis and process and systems functions as needed.
What you will do
Supports implementation of specific source to contract (S2C) processes or systems as assigned
Support identification of opportunities and conducts continuous process improvement activities
Supports configuration of systems
Provides training on systems and processes
Creates and maintains process documentation
Engages with Supplier to conduct onboarding activities
Follows up with stakeholders and communicates key changes
Collects data and information to inform process improvement opportunities
Collaborates with stakeholders
Consolidates data for key metrics reporting
Supports data modelling and enrichment exercises
Increases accuracy of data and resources
Supports with vendor financials and data analysis
Helps reduce turnaround time of specific process within S2C
Supports catalog setup and implementation as required
Supports documentation and data migration / integration as required
Creates SOPs as required for processes delivered and supported. Support other documentation as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
3-5 Years Business experience
Data Analysis, Excel and PPT knowledge
Strong data collection, collation, and representation skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement tools
