This position will be responsible for the prospecting, developing, and growing existing and new Tier 1 Media & Entertainment customer accounts in North America. Strong knowledge and experience selling video processing, video management & video delivery end-to-end solutions. Help build and execute GTM strategies within your territory in partnership with the other sales leaders, while positioning current and potential Comcast Technology Solutions to customers & prospects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals through identifying, engaging, and closing high-value deals.

Core Responsibilities
- Top-tier, well connected and smart-working video/broadcast/cable-industry, individual-contributing, sales director with 8+ years industry experience selling video processing, video management & video delivery end-to-end solutions to tier 1 Media & Entertainment companies.
- Knowledge of the video ecosystem, broadcast/streaming technology & workflows with a strong techno-commercial acumen.
- Must be able to quarterback the account selling process to technology, operational, financial, and C-Suite buyers, and influencers.
- Knowledge and experience with SaaS-based, cloud-centric, business models, is highly beneficial.
- Personal quarterly and annual sales accountability coupled with a collaborative approach.
- Go-getter / Deal Maker willing to compete in a multifaceted market with high levels of competition.
- Seeking candidates who are well-organized, strong communicators, outstanding collaborators and master networkers, who have a strategic mentality.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $109,772.74 USD-$257,279.86 USD
Additional Range: This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $137,215.93 - $226,406.28

Targeted Commission: $180,000
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
