Corporate Development Executive
Key Role:
Serve as an execution lead on all strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and equity investments. Support Corporate Development in negotiating and finalizing all transaction agreements, including indications of interest, letters of intent, C-Suite and board approval presentations, and purchase agreements. Maintain responsibility for the optimal transaction structure from a business, legal, and tax perspective. Perform financial valuation reviews, including Discount Cash Flow (DCF), accretion, dilution, and comparable analysis. Manage the due diligence review process, including working closely with functional experts and outside consultants. Create the post-transaction integration and transition plan for each transaction. Provide structuring arrangements for divestitures and draft marketing materials, including teasers, offering memoranda, and management presentations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with investment banking or corporate development
Experience leading merger and acquisition transactions in the government services market
Knowledge of the dynamics of working with a business partner
Ability to show a track record of successful deals
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical, client relationship management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Top Secret clearance
MBA degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
