Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field
Certification and Licensing
Human Resource Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Previous Experience
Minimum three years in human resources

- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of the firm's organizational structure, culture, values and business objectives to develop and implement HR programs and processes that align.
- Consultation and Influence: The ability to act as a collaborator, advisor, influencer, and coach to partners and associates.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is vital for providing HR consultation, responding to associate inquiries, and facilitating HR initiatives. This includes both verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The ability to identify problems that affect business strategy, predict potential obstacles to success, and provide HR perspective and solutions to business challenges.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Participating in special and cross-functional projects, which could be business unit-specific or firm-wide in nature, requires the ability to adapt and be flexible in various situations
- Teamwork and Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with others towards a common goal, involving coordination, cooperation, active engagement, open communication, and the sharing of ideas and resources. This skill requires trust, respect, and a willingness to consider different perspectives, fostering a productive and harmonious work environment.
- Project Management: The ability to plan, organize, and oversee projects to achieve specific goals within defined constraints, such as time, budget, and scope. This includes developing clear plans, timelines, and utilizing standardized tools and methodologies for effective project management. It also involves managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of projects

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proficient in Workday (preferred)

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $66,000 - $89,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
