Description: You will be the Procurement Representative for the MDMS program Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for managing the procurement of materials and supplies for the HELLFIRE and Joint Air to Ground (JAGM) missile programs, which have successfully delivered over 140,000 missiles and continue to support development efforts to meet customer needs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Procurement Representative, you will be responsible for serving as a liaison between the program and the central buying center, SEMAC, to ensure timely and effective procurement of materials. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive results and resolve issues. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure parts are procured to meet program needs.
• Expediting and ensuring on-time deliveries to manufacturing sites in Orlando, Ocala, and Troy.
• Managing engineering changes and analyzing cost/schedule impacts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead IPTs and resolve technical, quality, and schedule issues.
• Working with external suppliers and internal functions, including senior leadership, to drive results.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Knowledge of Production Operations (Prod Ops) Z-Charts and Lines of Business (LOBs), with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform procurement decisions.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with a strong track record of taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
