Your Mission: As an integral part of the ATL Facility in Eagan, MN, you will work collaboratively in support of the ATL Facilities Lead. Specific responsibilities will include:
Shipping/receiving: Deliver parcels to employees within the office suite; Crate/pack/unpack materials; Order and track mobile devices; Monitor and address facility requests through automated ticket system; Track and maintain maintenance agreements
Property management: Equipment registration and labeling; Equipment inventory and audit support; Escort visiting tradespeople; Liaison with landlord's facilities team; Liaison with cleaning staff; Install/remove computer servers in data centers; Install/remove technical and audio visual equipment in laboratories and conference rooms; Move employees between cubicles/offices; General upkeep of conference and demonstration rooms; Maintain storage areas in good order
Support ESH requirements and reviews; Hang whiteboards, clocks, and other office and conference room resources; Facilitate keying of furniture and office doors; Support e-waste disposal; Other duties as directed by management

Global DEI.Basic Qualifications:Experience with shipping / receiving and basic facilities maintenance / upkeep; proficiency with clerical data entry
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift/handle up to 50 lbs
Ability to handle a hand truck and pallet jack to move/deliver materials
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, time management skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment; Ability to multi task
Valid MN drivers license
Ability and willingness to obtain a Secret US security clearance (US Citizenship required)
Desired Skills:Proficiency with light carpentry (e.g., hang and level a 120" white board independently)
Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., wrench, screwdriver, hammer, level, etc.)
Proficiency with hand operated power tools (e.g., drill, saw, etc.)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $38,900 - $74,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
