The Fiserv Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments over a 2-2.5-year period. The program is designed to provide recent college graduates, who are interested in progressing their careers in Risk Management, with professional development and growth opportunities that enable participants to make meaningful contributions to Fiserv.
The program foundation consists of a combination of diverse rotational assignments, on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership with the ability to advance within the Risk Management organization upon completion of the program. Analyst rotations will have one of either two start dates: January 27, 2025, or June 23, 2025.

What you will do:
Help senior risk leaders in implementing ongoing and ad-hoc initiatives related to the risk strategy
Develop reports and analyses to support business decisions related to risk management
Assist in the response to risk events, including coordination of actions and documentation of incidents
Communicate with various internal (and potentially external) stakeholders regarding risks or issues
What you will need to have:
Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program completed in December 2023 or after with a major in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Mathematics
3.0+ GPA
0-2 years of professional work experience
