In this role, you will:- Lead complex initiatives including building and managing development roadmaps for new deposits and investments products or enhancements
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research and results-oriented analysis for major products and services
- Develop and manage deposit pricing for Wells Fargo's corporate and commercial deposits
- Partner with key stakeholders (Product, Finance, Legal, Technology and Operations) to execute the investment projects that deliver product capabilities and enhancements and drive innovation in the product portfolio
- Act as primary Deposits and Investment contact for critical product development and control projects including working with project managers, subject matter experts, and managers companywide
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of moderate complexity
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Product management experience within a wholesale deposits and investments product portfolio including a good understanding of the technology and solutions landscape
- Transaction banking or cash management product management experience
- Deposit pricing experience
- Demonstrated product transformation and product development experience under an Agile framework
- Ability to effectively partner across the organization to accomplish goals and tasks
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Expert proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), and data analysis tool (e.g., Tableau)
- Executive presence and Strategic thinker
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
