ProTax Group’s marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing data operations professional to manage the strategy and activation of data pipelines in support of the marketing team’s multi-channel GTM strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing a high volume of data integrations utilizing Intuit’s internal tool, Data Connect, analyzing and optimizing data processes for improvement, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
- 5-7 years experience managing data to support multichannel marketing functions
- Strong knowledge of marketing data management practices, especially around process, operations and validation
- Passion for operational excellence, process improvement, project management and tools development.
- Keen understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs and enabling campaign orchestration and personalization. Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
- - this role requires hands-on deployment of data pipelines to support campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Deep experience with Intuit-managed marketing technologies Data Connect and Campaign Manager
- Experience with Enterprise-level Marketing Automation solutions and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Strong analytical and data manipulations skills that result in meaningful insights and that drive performance.
- Manage a high volume of data onboarding requests throughout the entire data lifecycle, building data integrations and pipelines utilizing Intuit’s internal tool Data Connect, working with data engineering upstream and digital marketing downstream
- Provide technical support to end-users and teams regarding data operation issues, including troubleshooting connectivity, data validation, and integration problems.
- Regularly reimagine all data onboarding team processes and artifacts to drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy for the team, leading to increased velocity and fewer errors.
- Define and continually improve our list segmentation options and rules for effective audience targeting.
- Establish data governance practices to maintain data consistency and integrity.
- Identify opportunities for data enhancements to meet evolving marketing needs.
- Drive significant data onboarding and migration to newly adopted marketing platforms.
- Own audience creation and repository in CDP for utilization across multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Define data solutions based upon complex campaign requirements, closely partnering with the CRM marketing team to ensure their proper campaign implementation. Understand the technical side of email operations from how customer data attributes flow from data systems into the ESPs for campaign retrieval to ESP set up and implementation to dynamic content execution.
- Build a high volume of “Offers” in Intuit’s internal platform Campaign Manager to support the expanding goals for In Product Display.
