Resp & Qualifications
PURPOSE:
Coordinates well-defined projects and/or supports the work of a team of project/program management or communications consultant professionals. Tracks progress and assists with documentation to support project needs. Assists with end-to-end tasks related to implementations, integration, business readiness and communications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Inputs all projects into WorkFront project management system, assigns tasks to copywriters and designers, coordinates review rounds with stakeholders, and moves projects to print vendor and/or web team for completion.
- Plans and communicates aspects of project performance to team members and implements the vision and objectives.
- Assists in the oversight of project tasks, establishes, and monitors milestones, and prepares progress reports.
- Interfaces with a variety of disciplines and coordinates the work of functional units across the division and/or broader organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 1 year project related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Adobe Workfront experience
- Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Project planning and life cycle development.
- Ability to engage staff at project start-up and plans roll-off of staff at project end.
- Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
Salary Range: $48,312 - $95,953
