Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic ground breaking team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients. You will leverage your expertise in Commercial Landscape Hardscape sales, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts that benefit both the company and our clients. You will be doing this for a 23 year old well established company heavily focused on new apartment landscape hardscape contracts.
Duties
- Execute the company sales plan to achieve territory sales goals.
- Identify potential new clients through market research and networking.
- Utilize Salesforce software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Conduct presentations to prospective clients in person and by phone.
- Engage our existing customers to increase growth with these companies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate & work with and support the estimating team.
Qualifications
- Proven 4 years experience in Commercial Landscape Installation direct sales.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess sales conditions effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self starter, ambitious, customer service & growth oriented individual.

Pay: $75,424.00 - $86,091.00 per year
