Responsibilities:
- Analyze roof inspection take-offs
and review photos to develop
comprehensive Scopes of Work in
collaboration with the sales team,
ensuring alignment with client
desires and roof needs.
- Perform front-end job costing for
financial projections, providing
accurate estimates to support
sales and project planning.
- Conduct back-end financial
reviews of completed projects to
identify any misestimations,
improper material usage, or
misallocation of labor, using
these insights to optimize future
estimates and provide ongoing
coaching for the sales and
production teams.
- Provide coaching to the sales
team on materials, installation
processes, and cost
considerations to enhance their
understanding and improve
project outcomes.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-
date pricing database, ensuring all
cost data is current and reflective
of market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with the
production and sales teams to
ensure a smooth transition from
estimation to execution, and
identify areas for process
improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends,
material costs, and best practices
in commercial roofing to maintain
competitive and accurate
estimations.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in
estimating, preferably within
the commercial roofing or
construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a
keen eye for detail.
costing, financial projections,
and reviewing completed
projects for insights
- Proven experience in commercial sales, particularly in roofing or related industries
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to manage accounts and develop business relationships
- Proficiency in outside sales and territory management
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales technologies
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Leadership capabilities to guide sales teams and enhance client services
- Must have ability to do minimal repairs and have some estimation experience knowledge

Pay: $98,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
