We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our Development team. This role is pivotal in aligning digital sales tools with our core business processes, ensuring that our sales team is equipped for the future. As a strategic contributor, you will develop programs and processes that enhance user adoption across the organization. Your expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce implementation, while also providing customized solutions to meet our unique business needs.
- Read and edit code (in APEX and LWC) to maintain and enhance already created custom functionality in our Salesforce implementation.
- Perform complex configuration and development on the most up-to-date capabilities of Salesforce.com as well as related modules added from the marketplace.
- Write code to create custom functionality in Salesforce as needed to tailor capabilities to our unique business model and needs.
- Act as the initial point of contact for solving code questions or issues within SFDC that need resolution.
- Troubleshoot system bugs by creating, reviewing, and editing code and using other tools like Own Backup and Event Monitoring. (APEX, LWC: Lightning Web Components).
- Work with Sales Enablement Team to support requirement gatherings, produce functional analysis and facilitate customer workshops, etc.
- Support/implement Salesforce projects and other business roles/initiatives along with the business teams that support that effort. (OSR of the future, Marketing Calls)
- Review workflows via debugger/testing and determine if the flow is valid/working correctly or that flow needs to be redone in APEX programming to work correctly. Execute to eliminate workflow errors and correct via programming
- Coordinate the installation/setup of Apps with the appropriate licensing when adopting new tools or new functionality, including configuration for user security, aligned to direction from business stakeholders.
- Support and answer questions from the business through the helpdesk tool, including change order creation and documentation preparation for project changes/solutions.

- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of proven coding and software experience using APEX and/or LWC. Lightning Web Components (LWC) is ideal
- Salesforce Developer certification with documented support of continuous learning
- Previous Salesforce Admin, Sales, and Marketing enterprise experience
- Solid knowledge of sales business processes
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging code issues required
- Proficient use of MS Office suite with advanced level use of Excel
- Must be able to grasp new concepts and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal
Salary: $98,865-$140,298 annually. A starting salary higher than $98,865 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
