Wells Fargo is seeking a
Talent Attraction & Engagement Tools Consultant. Experience as a skilled and proactive tools and platform administrator with deep experience and passion for attracting and engaging talent will be key to this position. This role will support the enhancement, expansion, utilization, and optimization of our attraction and engagement platforms and tools on a global scale. You will provide exceptional service and troubleshooting support for users worldwide, develop training and utilization materials, and support the planning and execution of programs and initiatives to enhance the impact of the Beamery CRM and other attraction and engagement tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, and more).
In this role, you will:
- Support the utilization and optimization of various talent attraction and engagement tools, including Beamery, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for Beamery enhancements and optimization
- Implement and monitor Beamery updates, ensuring minimal disruption to users
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for users
- Develop and maintain best practices for leveraging attraction and engagement tools
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, including live sessions, recorded tutorials, and written guides, to drive user adoption and utilization
- Create and maintain a current repository of training resources accessible to all users
- Support the planning and execution of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the impact of Beamery and other tools and platforms
- Monitor and evaluate the success of these programs and initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent attraction and engagement
- Experience in a global role, supporting users across multiple regions and markets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Beamery, and talent attraction tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong CRM technical or configuration skills with the ability to ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Proven experience training and providing support of CRM or Talent Acquisition Tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to global users
- Proven experience developing training guides, presentations and data insights to leadership and non-technical stakeholders

Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
