Description:You will be joining a dynamic and operationally active team! In this pivotal role, you will be in direct support of U.S. Marine Corps Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) operations at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma AZ, and worldwide. You will ensure the precision and integrity of data with Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) & Mission Planning Environment (MPE). Your responsibilities will span, but not limited to, maintaining internal databases, applications, and serving as the primary customer liaison during critical flight and evaluation operations. Your efforts will directly impact the functionality and success of JSF operations. Obtaining and maintaining Special Access Program clearance is essential for this role, offering you an exclusive glimpse into the heart of defense operations. Beyond this, you may also:
- Forge solid connections with systems users, other IT professionals, leadership, and establish yourself as a key figure within the ALIS and Lockheed Martin enterprise.
- Conduct comprehensive maintenance and monitoring of system databases, software, firewalls, and accounts.
- Guarantee the seamless, secure functionality of multi-user computer systems in collaboration with a dedicated team of peers, Tier2 IT support, and engineers.
- Address complex system challenges impacting a wide range of military operations, manage laptop re-imaging, troubleshooting, and account upkeep.
- Proactively monitor system and application performance, ensuring optimal operation and availability.
- Lead training sessions for both ALIS and Mission Planning Environment Administrators, enhancing system knowledge and efficiency.
- Oversee backups, restorations and recoveries on databases and network equipment.
- Deploy with U.S. Marine Corps customer to many training locations, to include oversees locations in direct support of JSF operations.

Basic Qualifications:Candidates must have a Secret Security Clearance or higher, with investigation within the last 6 years.
- Ability to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA) within 60 days of hire.
- IT experience of any combination in system/database/network/mission planning administration.
- This is an operational support role to an active fighter unit organization. The selected candidate will be required to work at deployed locations, both CONUS & OCONUS, support multiple shifts, and work over 40 hours per week on occasion. And periodic weekend work as dictated by operational mission requirements.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
