RSM's National Healthcare Consulting practice is searching for a TraceLink Technology Consultant who will lead system implementation efforts of leading-edge pharmaceutical supply chain solutions. This role will manage projects and facilitate the implementation and integration of Tradelink’s supply chain management solution. This role will be part of a multi-disciplined project team and will work collaboratively with both fellow consulting and client team members.
As a member of the RSM's National Healthcare consulting practice, you will join professionals with a broad knowledge of the Healthcare industry including financial analysis and revenue cycle management, regulatory reporting and compliance, HIPAA privacy, security, and Technology.
The Healthcare Solutions Senior Associate will also have a basic understanding of the consulting cycle process within the healthcare \ life sciences industry. As a key contributor, they will support the building of a world-class healthcare practice through listening to client needs, proposal development, and presentation of solutions.
**This position can be based out of our RSM Cincinnati, OH office with remote options available**
Responsibilities:
Configure customer environments using TraceLink best practices and Work Instruction
Design and document business processes to identify appropriate TraceLink configurations, integration points and event triggers.
Translate customer user stories into requirements to create and modify solutions using our low code / no code application.
Write technical design documents where required.
Provide subject matter expertise on TraceLink’s data interfaces.
Review, create, edit, and test customer interfaces in various formats (CSV, XML, IDOC, EDI etc.).
Support user testing activities such as troubleshooting, reading error messages, and ensuring the expected results are delivered.
Provide guidance on how global government regulations impact TraceLink configurations.
Log product enhancements and defects into the TraceLink tracking systems.
Provide deliverable status updates to the Project Manager in a timely, consistent, and professional manner.
Assess current state workflow and work with the implementation team to validate proposed future state fits with overall project objectives.
Coordinate and run client meetings and collaboration sessions.
Facilitate process and organizational change management.
Travel as needed (25%)
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of supply chain business processes including distribution, logistics, warehousing, and serialization.
Working knowledge of UNIX and/or Kibana.
Working knowledge of JavaScript.
Life Sciences experience
Prior experience implementing TraceLink technology and integrations.
Essential Qualifications:
BS/BA technical degree or equivalent experience.
3 - 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within technology organizations.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $78,600 - $148,500
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
