As a member of the Tech College team, the Tech College Operations and Logistics Associate will work both independently as well as closely with our team, partnering directly with the Delivery Manager of Tech College. In this role you will support day to day Tech College and/or process requirements for program support. Provides operations and logistics, as well as input for process improvements and customer satisfaction. Planning and assisting in managing programs – coordination of logistics, reporting, data, etc. Responsible for daily interaction, planning, and communication with the Tech College Team, Program Team, as well as customers and learners. Our dedicated learning team works with a group of highly engaged partners to envision and deliver the future of Tech training at Capital One.
General Responsibilities:
Supports execution of applicable Tech College processes and programs (includes operations and logistics: slack, mailbox, zoom, One Learn management, etc.)
Data collection and reporting for program support
Respond to learner inquiries via slack, shared mailboxes; redirect inquiries to the appropriate owner when necessary
Support the Delivery Manager to manage program operations and logistics
Manage email and slack communications for: facilitators, new hires and people leaders
Creating and registering all learning course sessions via One Learn for learners
Updating all necessary course quick links, placeholders and calendar invites
Working with cross functional teams providing necessary, timely and accurate data to ensure seamless processes and experiences
Attending learning sessions to help support and monitor learner needs
Leveraging zoom for all sessions and assisting hosts and facilitators
Maintaining accurate documentation of all learner sessions
Accurately maintaining trackers, reporting and project management tools to reflect progress each and engage in sprint and planning activities
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year experience in program or project operations, coordination and logistics support
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or military experience
Background in Business, Project/Program Management, Communications, Learning and Development or Human Resources
At least 2 years of project management experience
At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
