The trainer will be responsible for teaching key Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, SharePoint, and SQL Server. Duties
- Develop and deliver online training courses on Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
- Customize training materials to meet participant needs and learning objectives.
- Facilitate hands-on exercises to ensure practical understanding of the concepts.
- Provide post-training support, feedback, and assessments to learners.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft certifications and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies; certifications like MCSA or MCSE are highly preferred.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer or in IT support roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage a diverse group of learners and adapt to different learning styles.
