SUMMARY
To manage the Corporation's Treasury Operations function to include liquidity management, cash operations, short-term debt, cash and working capital forecasting, performance forecast reporting, vendor/service relationships, and shareholder and investor reporting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
- Performs daily corporate cash management and forecasting activities ensuring adequate liquidity
- Conducts borrowing and investing activities based on forecasting daily cash requirements
- Transacts shareholder issuances and redemptions, manages Management Stock Offering, maintains shareholder records and statements, maintains and prepare shareholder reports
- Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes
- Acts as a subject matter expert advisor on banking issues for the business units and other corporate functional areas
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelors degree in accounting /finance or equivalent. Some graduate work is preferred.
- 7+ years applicable experience in corporate treasury, cash management, bank operations, or related field
- Certified Treasury Professional accreditation is required.
- Cash flow forecasting experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of appropriate treasury and financial software packages

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
