As part of our team, you'll serve as a strategic technical consultant to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), helping conceptualize, create, and execute advanced government-funded research and development programs to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone. You will work with world-class scientists and engineers to support the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. You’ll leverage technical expertise to provide strategic assessments of new technologies in support to senior ARPA-H decision makers. You’ll maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients on the feasibility and potential impact of future research programs, assist with the management of current programs, and facilitate commercialization of successfully developed technologies.
You'll serve as a Business Intelligence Analyst, helping clients to develop stakeholder management strategies, establish new business processes, and complete research and analysis to determine viable solutions. You will be responsible for managing incoming requirements, facilitating engagements within offices and across the Agency, and be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client's mission, and problem-solving skill will enable the mission's success. This position is a hybrid role with Booz Allen. The candidate is expected to work onsite at a Booz Allen or client facility 20-50% of the time, as needed.
What You’ll Work On:
Provide support for financial, business, administrative, and project management for the Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) program.
Assist with monitoring project performance of SBIR/STTR performers.
Assist in the review of SBIR/STTR contract deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic, and financial goals and objectives are met.
Maintain responsibility for overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs.
Interact with clients, government officials, and other executives in various sectors.

You Have:
6+ years of experience in program or project coordination or management
Experience interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15
Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SBIR/STTR regulations
Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment
Master’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with federal acquisition and financial regulations
Experience in a Research and Development (R&D) environment
Experience with U.S. government health organizations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects effectively
Ability to pay strict attention to details and diligent adherence to deadlines and deliverables
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
