About the Opportunity
The Final Clean Operator processes final cleaning and trimming for printed circuit boards and ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team leader direction, Traveler information, process engineering, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
What You'll Do:
- Reviews and becomes familiar with SOPs, work instructions, Team leader direction and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that lot quantities match
- Responsible for prepping, cleaning, trimming, and inspecting printed circuit boards by using a variety of methods to ensure high quality product
- Sign off on travelers and ensure quantities match
- Performs other duties as needed
What You'll Bring:
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to read and understand documents such as Travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
- Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated
- Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions
- Must be able to work overtime as required
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing environment
Please note that position is in a manufacturing environment; in addition to frequent standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds; as well as, repetitive hand and finger motion.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Potential Shifts Available:
1st shift, Monday- Friday, 7:30 am- 4:00 pm
