Company and Job Overview:
We started RTX Health to fill a gap in the SNF world: Skilled nursing facility patients with ever-increasing respiratory and pulmonary issues, but without access to pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory therapy. The issue is not that the field was undeveloped – there are specialized training programs and hundreds of thousands of respiratory therapists. Instead, we noticed that there simply wasn’t a good way to surface patient needs and track orders, providers, and treatments being performed. RTX addresses that need, and now we need help growing.
We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated Clinical Recruiter to join our team. You will work closely with our founders, who have collective experience running skilled nursing facilities, practicing as respiratory therapists, developing technology used in thousands of bedsides, and building and selling companies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview qualified candidates for pulmonary rehab and respiratory therapy positions within skilled nursing facilities.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, RT training programs, universities, and other healthcare recruitment channels.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies including online platforms, networking events, and professional associations to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align recruitment efforts with company growth and strategic goals.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, analytics, and forecasts to leadership.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in clinical recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven track record in recruiting for clinical roles, especially in pulmonary rehab, respiratory therapy, or related areas.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and a strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and recruitment practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations and clinical leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and represent RTX Health's mission.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000.

- Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work from home and in-office at our El Segundo location at least 2 days a week.
