WHAT WE SEEK
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of related accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience in health center, physician practice, FQHC, post-acute care, skilled nursing, and/or hospital management.
• Willingness to train and cultivate staff skill sets.
• Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing best practices.
• Commitment to consistently follow established policies and procedures while holding team members accountable to do the same.
• Superior relationship building skills and account management experience.
• Confidence in learning and embracing new technology, including various accounting software.
• Ability to multitask, think independently, and problem-solve in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $85K to $160K. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
