Description:You will be the Quality Analyst for the Grand Prairie, TX factory team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in the manufacturing of electronic components, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating the conformance of manufactured electronic components and developing quality plans and procedures to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Evaluating conformance of manufactured electronic components through destructive and non-destructive testing.
• Developing and maintaining quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements.
• Ensuring conformance to company and regulatory standards.
• Analyzing and reporting on quality-related data/metrics using statistical techniques.
• Interfacing with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor, and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met.
• Supporting the development of disposition and corrective actions for recurring product/process discrepancies.
• Reviewing quality records for data accuracy, acceptability, and completeness.
• Managing the quality records control process to ensure accountability and traceability.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience
Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Requires working knowledge and experience with fabrication processes related to Printed Wiring Boards, Circuit Card Assemblies and/or Wire Harnesses.
Desired Skills:Experience in the preparation and reading of Printed Wire Board Coupons
Experience in Quality Acceptance related to Printed Wire Boards
SAP and APRISO experience
Working familiarity with IPC-A-600, J-STD-001, and MIL-STD-130 specifications
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
