Your Impact
This role is primarily responsible for developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting, primarily for the workers’ compensation and general liability programs. This role will ensure accurate reporting for on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role will be responsible for the collection, analysis and disclosure of program metrics with internal and external stakeholders to help inform on emerging trends.
What you will do
- Serves as the primary expert and point of contact for RMIS system, participating in the selection and implementation of new systems or software integrations
- Leads the collection, organization, review and disclosure of exposure and loss run data provided to actuary
- Analyzes baseline data to identify opportunities to improve claims handling performance
- Oversees the development of dashboard reporting for multiple legal practice areas
- Supports third-party risk management processes with evaluation of relevant data
- Partners with stakeholders, including Safety, to ensure accuracy of claims data and to clarify any discrepancies in aggregate reporting shared with leadership
- Oversees training, work product review, and employee development of team member to build skillset and knowledge and to ensure accuracy of reporting and analysis
- Performs accounting and finance analysis as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- 10 years of experience in a finance or analytics role within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in data visualization environments such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Work, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms)
- Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills

Pay Range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
