Join the QuickBooks Fintech Group as a Software Engineering Manager, developing the Invoicing and Sales backend platform for Intuit! In this role, you’ll be leading an innovative team that creates the next generation of Intuit’s Invoicing and Sales platform, helping small and medium businesses to get paid faster. The group is working on new technologies, driving new initiatives used by millions of people. - 5 plus years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
- Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience
- Expertise in the Software design/architecture process
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably - experience working with global teams
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience

- To accomplish this you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, Program Managers and Development Managers across the org)
