Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by actively engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of mobile devices and accessories.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with product selections based on their preferences and budget.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and meet sales goals.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are well-displayed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in product recommendations.
- Experience in cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively through engaging demos.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this will enhance customer interactions.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving sales targets is essential.
- Must be adaptable, able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
