We are looking for a talented Facilities Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Fridley, MN .

- Facilities Operation : Oversee occupant services and manage the maintenance contracting process. Develop operational plans for temperature control, lighting, equipment replacement, and more.
- Facility Technology Management : Direct and manage facility management technologies. Implement and operate integrated workplace management systems and collaborate on technology needs assessments.
- Real Estate Management : Develop and execute the real estate master plan. Manage real estate transactions and assets, and evaluate requirements for acquiring or disposing of properties.
- Project Management : Balance scope, schedule, and resources for projects. Ensure that the results and impacts of projects are fully realized.
- Values Differences : Recognize and appreciate the value of diverse perspectives and cultures. Foster an inclusive environment where different viewpoints are respected and valued.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Experience:
- Significant experience, including supervisory experience, required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Responsible for the management of an integrated facilities management (IFM) provider
- Responsible for leading the development and execution of site facilities master plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills required
- Experiencing with a facilities maintenance management system required; 4 years cumulative experience
- Industrial facility management or operations experience preferred; 4 years cumulative experience
