EasyClosets.com is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Sales & Design Representative. This individual will join our high-achieving team at our Direct-to-Consumer division in Holland, MI. Our ideal candidate is an individual with a positive attitude and outgoing personality who can assist customers requiring help with the free online EasyClosets closet design tool. We are the country’s online premier source for custom closets and organizational solutions; designed, custom-cut, and shipped to our clients the next business day from our world class manufacturing facility in Holland, MI.

This is a full-time, permanent, base + bonus, inside sales position with tremendous growth opportunity. Candidates will enter a comprehensive 90-day training program upon hire.
Primary Purpose of Position:
This position will take warm leads from prospective customers and be able to effectively close sales.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Represents the company in a professional manner.
- Responsible for individual revenue generation from sales to new customers.
- Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
- Develops a trusting advisory relationship with existing and new customers.
- Responsible for following EasyClosets Standard Operating Procedures when dealing with customers.
- Ability to be creative with our proprietary online closet design tool.
- Lives Company values on a daily basis.

The Stow Company may temporarily assign any team member with duties outside of their normal responsibilities. Such assignments may be warranted due to a variety of specific requirements, conditions and/or the capabilities of available personnel. Management will determine the nature and duration of those assignments.
Education:
- High School Diploma required, equivalent relevant experience
- Previous experience as an in-home designer or organizer in the closet industry a huge plus
- Prior sales production record is a plus
- Previous design software/technical experience
Experience/Knowledge:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prior CRM experience, familiarization with Salesforce is a plus
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- A willingness to learn, replicate, and employ the EasyClosets selling and customer interaction methodology is a must
- Personable, friendly, and a strong communicator via phone
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of spatial relationships, math, fractions, and decimals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow Company
- Must have excellent customer service skills; including strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environment
- Ability to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be willing to work one Saturday (generally every 4-6 weeks), as part of our weekend coverage
- Must be willing to work two days per week on our 10am to 7pm shift
- Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time; standing or sitting
- Typical office environment with shelves overhead and above work surfaces
