The Customer & Field Facilitation Manager leads the Customer & Field development team with specific responsibility for providing internal and external customers with a positive development experience. This role will develop, implement, and measure strategies to address learning needs of Pro customers and associates.
What you will do
Leads a high performing team, assuming all responsibility associated with people leader activities inclusive of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management.
Manages expenses for initiatives within scope of responsibility.
Manages overall program strategy, adapting templates, policies and procedures as needed.
Collaborates cross functionally with Sales Team, Learning & Development, Marketing, and Pro Sales Senior Leadership to determine learning needs.
Manages and ensures the alignment, buy-in, and support by building and maintaining relationships with internal customers, external customers and senior leadership.
Holds team accountable for meeting or exceeding expectations to deliver best in class Service for internal and external customers.
Responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics.
Required Qualifications
5 years' experience in sales training
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and report data
Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Effective time management skills and adherence to deadlines
Prior people leadership experience is a plus
