Salesforce Administrator

Position Overview:
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform to meet the needs of our business, primarily within sales, marketing, and customer service functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, and deliver actionable insights. As a Salesforce Administrator at Ezee Fiber, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth by ensuring that Salesforce is fully integrated into the daily operations and that users have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Platform Management:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and new feature implementations to ensure platform optimization.
- Manage user access, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Customization & Development Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and automation (e.g., Process Builder, Flows) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create custom applications and workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- User Support & Training:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to onboard new users and improve overall adoption of the Salesforce platform.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Manage data integrity through regular data imports, exports, deduplication, and validation processes.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration & Improvement:
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to identify process improvements and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure Salesforce aligns with the company’s business goals and growth strategies.
- System Integration:
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, such as billing platforms, marketing automation tools, and third-party applications.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot integration issues as they arise.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, including customization, user support, and data management.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce setup, configuration, and automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Lightning App Builder).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, security models, and reporting tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning experience and customization.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
