Join our Data Strategy Program Management team and be at the forefront of data modernization efforts that drive strategic initiatives across multiple lines of business.
As an integral member of the Data Strategy Program Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination of priority data modernization efforts. Your work will drive strategic initiatives that benefit multiple lines of business across the firm. You will manage the coordination of data modernization priorities across various functions, working with both dependent partners and publishers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and promote the strategic vision for data modernization, ensuring alignment and fostering innovation throughout the organization.
In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, vision, requirements, and next steps. You will utilize visualization tools like Tableau to create compelling data visualizations that enhance stakeholder understanding and engagement. By building strong relationships, you will facilitate seamless project execution and adoption, driving automation and scale across the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the centralized intake process for data modernization priorities across the organization.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of all data initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals and provide transparency to senior management.
- Support the development and promotion of the strategic vision for data modernization within the organization, ensuring prioritization is driven by projected business outcomes.
- Advocate for data initiatives by highlighting their value and potential impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status, vision, requirements, and next steps.
- Utilize visualization tools like Tableau to create compelling data visualizations that enhance stakeholder understanding and engagement.
- Build strong relationships to facilitate seamless project execution and adoption.
- Identify and engage strategic partners across the firm to drive automation and scale.
- Foster a collaborative environment that leverages diverse expertise and specialization.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in data strategy and implementation within a large enterprise.
- Background in program management and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Understanding of data management principles, methodologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using visualization tools like Tableau to create impactful data visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Advanced degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile best practices and change management techniques.
