Description: You will be the Sr. Price Cost Analyst for the Material Acquisition Strategy Group. Our team is responsible for driving strategic sourcing decisions and shaping the future of Lockheed Martin's Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) division through expert price and cost analysis.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Sr. Price Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex supplier proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include:
• Review and analyze supplier proposals, cost and pricing data, and other key factors to inform strategic sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand their operations and identify factors that impact pricing
• Develop reports and charts to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Negotiate standard and non-standard contracts with suppliers, ensuring timely execution and mutual benefit
• Train and mentor company personnel on Price/Cost Analysis practices and negotiation techniques
• Lead proposal efforts, monitoring and reporting on PCA status for major initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
Ability to perform and apply cost accounting, pricing,
and estimating concepts and principles.
Ability to conduct fact finding exercises as needed to
review basis of price/cost trends and development of
key cost indicators.
Ability to comprehensively review all elements of cost
including direct labor, material, ODC, and indirect
cost incompliance with FAR, DFARS, GAP and LM
procedures.Ability to review supplier proposals for
compliance with FAR and LM requirements.
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition
Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition
Regulations (DFAR), with a strong working
knowledge of FAR part 15.
Ability to utilize analytical, verbal and written
communication skills to accurately document, report,
and present findings.
Ability to meet deadlines in a challenging,
multitasking environment.
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and
Power Point.
Ability to travel 25%-30% of the time.
Desired Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
departmental and program messages effectively to
both LM personnel, as well as the customer.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
