Description:You will be the Quality Analyst Senior for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of our precision engagement aerospace and defense systems, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for reviewing data to identify opportunities for improvement and sharing best practices across the organization. You will work closely with our integrated team, including customers, suppliers, and other functional personnel, to identify and resolve nonconformances in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing data to identify opportunities for improvement and sharing best practices
• Working with the integrated team to identify and resolve nonconformances
• Identifying trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Developing and implementing lean initiatives to reduce waste and drive affordability and efficiency
• Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and other functional personnel to ensure smooth production flow
• Utilize Earned Value Management practices and act as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
• Track and report on budget, schedule, and scope and production and project statuses

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of a completed bachelors degree
Control Account Manager (CAM), or equivalent, training certified or have experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills for use at all levels of the organization to track production and/or project status
Experience with data analysis
Currently possess or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including team building and collaboration.
Desired Skills:
Ability to organize and track multiple activities and prioritize task based on importance.
Earned value management experience
Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
