The primary purpose of this role is to own and drive Pro & Specialty sales within a defined area of stores by partnering with the District Managers, and Store Managers to consistently execute Lowe's in-store Pro and Specialty standards for enabling a best-in-class customer experience for Pro and Do It for Me (DIFM) customers. This will be accomplished by assessing, coaching, training, and influencing key Store Leaders and associates on the Pro and Specialty programs that drive a best-in-class in-store sales team, efficient and effective Order Fulfillment practices, and partnering with key stakeholders to build and support a store culture aligned to Lowe's mission and behaviors. Will serve as a change agent for Pro and Specialty initiatives and ensure associates are able to deliver an optimal pipeline growth and conversion experience for Pro and DIFM customers. This position will be a key supporter with Store leadership on Pro staffing and talent management.

Pay Range: $81,200.00 - $135,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
