Overview
The Part-time Fulfillment Call Center position provides courteous, gracious, on-brand customer service over the phone regarding curbside or delivery orders. Order Specialists take calls regarding products and services while troubleshooting order issues. This part-time position is based at our Sixth Avenue location (between 18th and 19th streets).

Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with the team to manage multiple calls, emails, and inquiries
- Utilized multiple proprietary programs to manage customers' orders and workflow
- Effectively manages time with inbound phone calls, and outbound calls to resolve customer issues
- Actively researches product information and shares information on product uses with customers based on feedback and testimonials
- Communicates consistently with our Fulfillment team to astonish our customers with timely resolution to customer issues
- Coordinates return deliveries from customers and processes them for credit to customers
- Consistently arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule
- Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information
- Performs other requested tasks and duties
- Will be trained in Fulfillment processes such as pulling and packing orders
